First of all, thanks to Humberto and his entire team! When the host makes attention and availability paramount !! You may or may not fail things, but it totally makes a difference! We attended a tournament in the city. And the 5 families that stayed, we are planning to return without a doubt! (without a tournament). The kids were also super happy, because they literally didn't know how they had been able to go to the beach and the tournament at the same time!! Haha. Something very important is that being so close to Monclova, you still feel that you disconnect from the world, and I think that helped us connect with each other a lot! Unfortunately it was a cold week, and maybe we couldn't make the most of the stay! But due to weather issues. That place has magic and something special!! You will definitely see another review from me again. Thanks again Humberto, many blessings and much success💪🏻!!

It took me a while to access the room, since I had to ask the people on the other side, but once I accessed it, the service was excellent! The room was the same as the photos and the managers were very friendly, they even gave me a few extra hours in my stay so I was delighted! It's really worth it, very comfortable. I would definitely book again
