This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature enthusiasts and animal lovers will find a wonderful place to relax. Our vacation home is a small renovated discharge house, connected to a greenhouse/conservatory and surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Our children will be happy to take you on a small tour of the farm to the animals. There are chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows and calves. Feel free to book pony rides or a horseback ride.

In addition, the two sheep in the garden, which can be visited, are delightful. In Ries, beautiful hiking trails through forests and villages can be experienced.

The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Ideal for couples, family or friends. The city center is a 20-minute walk, bakery and shopping are nearby. The Kraterbad (in winter) is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available right in front of the house. For relaxing days in a quiet location.

Our spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment has about 80 sqm with a total of two bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including shower. In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.

The approx. 65 m², stylishly furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by a staircase. Check-in takes place very flexibly via a key box on site.
