2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

We absolutely loved our stay at Theresa's place in Salzburg. The apartment was huge had plenty of space for us (5 adults) to stay. We loved the quick walk into Salzburg, the views of the Alps and Sound Music filming location, and the piano. Theresa was very responsive with any request and had great local recommendations. Stop looking and choose this place!

I would highly recommend this place! Communication was easy because the message response was fast. It was very helpful that you introduced Salzburg's transportation and tourist attractions when I checked in! I spent so comfortably for a week. They always asked if there was anything uncomfortable. There was a stop right nearby, so it was easy to get to various tourist attractions. Oh, and the cat is so cute. I was looking forward😭 to seeing the cat every time I left the room. If I visit Salzburg next time, I want to stay at this place again. I hope to see you again.

Numa's room was excellent, unbeatable location, you can walk around the entire historic center. Very quiet place. The bus stop for bus 2 that goes to the airport is across the street. I recommend this place and would come back .

Clemens’ place was great! Great views, well connected by public transport, clean and cosy! It is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Clemens was very responsive. Would definitely stay here when in Salzburg again.

Marcos place was centrally located in a beautiful historic area of Salzburg. We were there for the Sound of Music tour with 3 generations of family members from 20 to 71 in age and even though the climb to Maria’s Abby and the Fortress was challenging, it was definitely do-able and worth it. Restaurants and a market were close by and every turn you had views and history. The apartment itself was just right for 4 people although we only had 3. The beds were comfortable, everything was freshly cleaned, there is a refrigerator, hot plate and clothes washer for your convenience. It was perfect for our stay and Marco was prompt with his responses to our questions. Thank you Marco, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
