Vacation rentals with a patio in Monaco City

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides a nice stay & it’s right on the water. Whats better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? It’s very convenient as you’re right in town but Villefranche can get busy in summer so the only downside is kids partying on the beach late at night. Sonia the manager is fast & responsive if you have special requests or need help. The train is 4 minute walk from apt. & a little red bus picks up outside near Espuma restaurant so no need to have a car. All in all, a great stay.

I stayed in this home for two weeks and everything went perfectly! Jesper is really adorable and attentive! He's a great host. The apartment has the best view of the coast, is close to Monaco and the village of Eze! The apartment is clean and well-equipped! The neighbors were sometimes a little noisy and you will always need to take the car for shopping and other things but that won't stop me from coming back! There's a great pool for the summer! I was sad to leave!

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Great stay with one-of-a-kind hospitality! We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and it really exceeded our expectations. Carlotta was just fantastic: from the first moment she gave us a warm welcome, gave us detailed check-in instructions and recommendations for restaurants, attractions and transportation in Monaco. Whenever we needed something he was immediately responsive, with a smile and solutions. The apartment itself is bright, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped – the photos do it justice! We enjoyed every morning our coffee on the balcony, overlooking the sea and the iconic towers of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus the extra touches (premium toiletries, coffee appliance, scented sticks, etc.) made us feel right at home. The place is newly renovated and is really nice from the inside. Everything is new and it was lovely staying here with the kids. The location was brilliant. Everywhere we wanted to go is walking distance. A lot of good restaurants, and parks all around. The host was amazing and very responsive. I will definitely come back here to stay.

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!
