We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of visits and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very nice, special mention to the sound system which is very nice and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humored person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very warmly and is available when needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on places to visit, as well as on the good addresses in the area, which was greatly appreciated. Beautiful view. Nicole who welcomed us was charming. The villa was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Well-equipped. The rooms are spacious. The pleasant living space with a beautiful wooden terrace and a view of Palombaggia, one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. Great equipment. Heated and regularly maintained pool. We had a great stay. Only small downside for us: the villa is not secure for a dog that must be under your continuous supervision.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

Amazing villa in a beautiful setting.

The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!

We had a great time at Lydie's place. The house is very spacious, superbly equipped and well laid out. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful while being very close to Porto-Vecchio and all its amenities. The heated pool in October is a real plus. A dream house on a dream island where everyone would like to live, and once you land in Corsica it's hard to go back... idyllic setting. Breathtaking views and sunrise. Excellent swimming pool. Thanks again to Yves for his kindness and availability, and to Véronique for our exchanges before arriving at the house. The villa is nice with a nice decor. It is very well equipped. My nephew enjoyed the pool, despite the capricious weather during our stay, as it was heated. The garden is very beautiful and wooded. You have a nice beach (Pinarello), good restaurants and the Cavu pools 10 min from the house.

We had an all-around great stay in this perfect house. The communication was friendly and professional – all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior design is tasteful, high-quality and thought out in detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was available at all times and supported us with everything – great! We fully recommend the house!!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.
