We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. The house is very nicely furnished and generously equipped with everything you could ever need. The many seating areas and the quiet little garden behind the house also provide relaxation and privacy, even when the neighboring house is occupied. Marie-Agnès welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us a long list of great tips for restaurants, beaches, swimming spots and excursions. So we were able to spend a wonderful week in Serra-Di-Fiumorbo

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

We stayed in this fantastic house for a week with 8 adults and 5 children. We have all traveled extensively and rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the most beautiful place we have ever had. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location right on the beach is just amazing - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and could also play wonderfully in the large garden. Hostess Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee machine was broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Carole's at the sheepfold for a week! What a beautiful place. We felt like we were alone in the world. Quiet & peaceful place. The village still has a few shops allowing you to stay quietly at home to enjoy the pool! You are only a 10 min drive from Porto Vecchio and a half hour from Bonifacio! Carole was super available. She is very welcoming and we felt right at home at her place. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated which gives it a charm . It is equipped with everything you need to make your meals on site. We recommend this place without so much as a second thought.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! Clean and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

this accommodation is a gem!!!! from waking up until sunset, a 180° view on one side, view of the mountain, on the other side, view of the sea! this setting directly soothed us, calmed us... The villa is in 1 impeccable condition!!!! we'll be happy to come back... what to say about Cathy..... apart from the fact that she was available anytime to advise us on outings as well as delicious restaurants..... beaches, activities, shops (Cathy and her husband have 2 shops where you can also find gems), restaurants nearby... in short, the ideal place to spend an idyllic vacation thanks again!!!!

Sandrine was warm and very welcoming and has a superb villa. Always available for any questions. A dream house on a dream island where everyone would like to live, and once you land in Corsica it's hard to go back... idyllic setting. Breathtaking views and sunrise. Excellent swimming pool. Thanks again to Yves for his kindness and availability, and to Véronique for our exchanges before arriving at the house. The villa is nice with a nice decor. It is very well equipped. My nephew enjoyed the pool, despite the capricious weather during our stay, as it was heated. The garden is very beautiful and wooded. You have a nice beach (Pinarello), good restaurants and the Cavu pools 10 min from the house.

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

Great for our stay with friends. The view, the spacious amenities, far from the buildings of Ajaccio but at the same time close to everything, and very peaceful. We recommend, with special mention for our on-site contact.

Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.

We had a great time, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of visits and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very nice, special mention to the sound system which is very nice and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humored person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very warmly and is available when needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on places to visit, as well as on the good addresses in the area, which was greatly appreciated.
