L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un edificio senza ascensore, ma se avete passeggini o biciclette, potete lasciare tutto comodamente all’ingresso del condominio. Avete a disposizione un comodo posto auto privato nel garage "Le Peschiere",a 50 metri da casa. La posizione è davvero ideale: a due passi trovate tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. Il pane fresco dalla panetteria sotto casa, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti e bar sono a pochi passi.
