The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The cottage is Eco-friendly, runs on solar power and it is surrounded by vineyards & meadows and ideal location for couples and honeymooners. During vacation our guests can enjoy swimming in organic pool, hiking, cycling and picking fresh vegetables from our Eco garden. The cottage is located at NATURA 2000, EU nature protection areas.

The apartment is part of a house which consists of three apartments overall, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO, as well as the lobby and swimming pool area. Two bedroom apartment (55 m2) with patio and own free parking space. The apartment has a beautiful sea view at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. It is located just below the famous Spanjola fortress, dating back to the 15th century.
