Sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. The resort amenities include a pool with hot tub, gas BBQ area, and tennis courts. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking with no additional resort or parking fees. This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina With two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is perfect for a group or family. The open concept floor plan offers plenty of space for entertaining and dining. There is a four person dining table and bar seating. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and more inside this home. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and granite counter tops. In the large living room flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, and cable. The master bedroom features wonderful ocean views, a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Great place, with an ocean view. I'm not a fan of big resorts, this stay is in an unpretentious condo building which is right up my alley for vacation. Just a heads up, parking spaces in Maui are tight, I 2ouldnt have rented the jeep I did I knew how tight it was.

I have nothing but glowing things to say about Dee’s beautiful home away from home. In addition to the spectacular oceanfront view (incredible sunsets and whale watching!), the condo itself has all the extra amenities you could want: snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, washer/dryer, ice maker, A/C, and more. The lanai doors open completely to give the condo an indoor/outdoor living feel, and the location at the far end of Papakea makes it feel particularly private. Walking distance to the food truck area, ABC store, and a number of other local spots. We hope to stay again in the future!

The photos of & from the condo do not do justice to the condo & the view from the condo. The view is insane. The adjacent palm tress are at a a perfect height to enhance the view & the floor to ceiling glass doors & windows afford limitless views. The condo is clean & well provisioned & it was perfect for our group of four. The overall Mahana facility is beautiful, clean, & well maintained. The pool, the pool furniture, the BBQs, etc down around the pool were also spotlessly clean. The location of the Mahana condos is also great. There is easy access to the pathway that extends south to Dukes & the Castaway Cafe & finally the Black Rock & Whatler's Village beyond that. So there are bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. For those that choose to cook at the condo, the Times Grocery store right across the street has a full complement of groceries. We are already talking about a return trip to Maui & when we do we will again hopefully stay at this condo!

We had a fantastic stay here with my family! There was ample space for our 4 adults and 2 small kiddos (both under 2). The beach out front was lovely and a good spot to swim very close by for the kids. Even saw lots of turtles. Kitchen was stocked very well for our stay. Location is walkable to ice cream, the best cinnamon buns and pizza and a good selection of food trucks. Hosts were very friendly and attentive and great at communicating. Saw many amazing whales out front as well! Thanks for hosting us, we will be back!
