The house is newly built and architect-designed, with beautiful materials and ocean views. It was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located a five-minute walk from the sea and the harbor. Here you will find a scenic and restful environment, perfect for relaxation or for those who want to explore Kullaberg's fantastic nature and activities. This is our private holiday home, furnished for our own use. We are happy to share the place with guests who appreciate the tranquility here and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere in Arild.

Bring your family and friends to the village of Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Rooms near the sea, beach & city center

I rent out two bright rooms on the upper floor of my house with their own entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. Included: Free parking, WiFi, bed linens, towels, cleaning and access to kitchen, washing machine, TV, garden, patio and balcony. Stay close to the sea, beach, harbor and beautiful coastal roads - with cozy restaurants and cafés. It's easy to get around in every way. I live separately in the house and am available as needed. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
