The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Le Nid du Merle is a little haven of peace. Quiet and elegant accommodation, large air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and shower and an equipped kitchen. Modular cottage with 2 separate spaces. Lower part: 2 bedrooms (suitable for 2–3 people), bathroom and toilet, living area, kitchen (dishwasher), south-facing terrace. Upper part: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Sheets and towels are provided on request. The rate varies according to the number of guests: beyond 2, it is 8 euros more per person per night. No cleaning fee; you must do the cleaning upon departure. Gite Bourg

On our property there are 3 gîtes/holiday homes. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the sloping part of the Tarn et Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. The population is very friendly and welcoming and still have time for a chat. You can take beautiful walks there. The holiday homes are located 50 m from the church of Montfermier on a spacious plot of 8,000 m2 planted with fruit trees.

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay. Restored while retaining its original soul (wings moving with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists of a small equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor.
