L’appartement se trouve au sein d’une ancienne magnanerie aux portes du Parc National des Cévennes. Hameau posé en fond de vallée auquel on accède par un pont qui enjambe la rivière. Il est entouré de vergers et l’eau est partout avec la proximité de la rivière, des sources et des petits canaux qui irriguent les terrains. La promenade du viaduc, voie verte qui longe le hameau, accessible à pied ou à vélo, permet de belles balades. Le hameau est aussi le point de départ de plusieurs randonnées.

Installé dans une ancienne maison dans le Hameau de Rochebelle à 5 mn du Vigan, petite ville avec tous commerces, l’appartement, neuf, est situé au premier étage. La chambre est plein sud… mais en plein été elle reste toujours agréablement fraîche grâce aux vieux murs ... la cuisine est très bien équipée. Par la fenêtre vous verrez des montagnes, une petite mare, des arbres… tandis que dans la chambre vous pourrez laisser vagabonder votre regard sur des tableaux, dont un grand paysage breton.

Parking and separate entrance from private terrace. Bright, sunny days in the winter, and radiant floor heating. Lots of hiking trails and swimming in the river (in the summer). Market in Le Vigan on Saturday mornings - even in the winter. Beautiful life in the south of France.

l'Orangerie

L'Orangerie is a pretty studio apartment in Le Vigan, at the foot of Mont Aigoual in the Cévennes National Park. A short walk to Le Vigan town centre, l'Orangerie is set in a shared garden overlooking olive and cypress trees. The apartment once housed orange and lemon trees to protect them from frost during the cold winter months. True to its original layout, the studio is a bright, open plan room with plenty of natural light streaming through powder blue shuttered windows.
