We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Escape the crazy world and stay in this stone cottage in a calm Burgundian village in the heart of the Auxois countryside. Rolling green hills, ancient footpaths, fresh country air, birdsong and starry nights await you. You might spend most of your time in this haven of peace and tranquility and wander little further than the enclosed garden. Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

This cozy cocoon is the perfect place to meet as a couple and have a good time together. Located in a small Champagne village 15 minutes from Troyes, this cozy cottage offers all the comforts you need to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. Ideal for unwinding. The swimming spa is a real small pool that is accessible 24/7 all year round, heated to 38 degrees. Very nice for a whirlpool bath or for a counter-current swimming session. 2 electric bikes available to you! A petanque court, Vendéen shuffleboard, and table tennis

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.
