In general terms, everything was very good, some small details of cleanliness and functionality but Karin was always attentive to solve.

Claudia and Eduardo were very helpful, they allowed us to enter before check-in. The place is very nice and private, the area is quiet, ideal if you have pets and you have to walk them. The cabin is spacious, clean, bright and has everything you need to relax. A very good point is that it is very close to Villarica and Pucon, a direct connection to route 199 that leads to many tourist attractions. Supermarkets and fruit shops nearby. I recommend this place. My wife and I would come back without thinking.

Alex was warm and welcoming! He shared a great list of recommendations and met at the gate for check in to show us around the beautiful home. He went above and beyond to make sure the heat and porch light was always on for our returns in the afternoons. We are grateful he shared this beautiful property with us. Each morning you can wake up and see the birds all around the property and there is a great viewing deck for the volcano. Our stay was perfect.

If you are looking for private, perfect place for enjoying quite peaceful time, Pancho's cabin is perfect choice. The house itself is very modern and new, though the bathroom is a bit cold to use. I used the bedroom in the attic which is warmer than the room next to the bathroom. Please remember there is no curtain in the attic but I really enjoyed waking up with sunshine and the view full of green. The beds and linnens are high quality. We appreciate Pancho being extremely kind and nice to prepare our checkin and also during our stays❤️

Excellent stay, Alejandro is very attentive from the day I made the reservation. The place was just like the photos, well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy. The surroundings were wonderful, in the middle of nature. Excellent location with commerce nearby and a couple of minutes walking to Lake Caburga. I would definitely come back.

Quiet neighborhood, the house is very nice, it had everything you need for your stay, good connections to go out to places like Villarrica, Lican Ray and also to Pucón on the way to the volcano, Silvana was very attentive to everything you might need either via WhatsApp or in person, also punctual with the delivery of the keys, recommended in every sense.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Too nice place, very spacious apartment, super well equipped, and the condominium is beautiful, super large, with swimming pools and games, very safe, it is already a second time that we come and will continue to book it!
