En terminos generales estuvo todo muy bien, algunos pequeños detalles de limpieza y funcionalidad pero que Karin siempre estuvo atenta a solucionar.

Creo que la descripción e imágenes, no son justos con la calidad de casa. Es preciosa, grande, espaciosa, tiene de todo. Total y absolutamente recomendable.

Muy amables y atentos los anfitriones, lo pasamos muy bien. El lugar es muy seguro para niños pequeños, esta inmerso en un lugar limpio, hermoso y rodeado de naturaleza

If you are looking for private, perfect place for enjoying quite peaceful time, Pancho's cabin is perfect choice. The house itself is very modern and new, though the bathroom is a bit cold to use. I used the bedroom in the attic which is warmer than the room next to the bathroom. Please remember there is no curtain in the attic but I really enjoyed waking up with sunshine and the view full of green. The beds and linnens are high quality. We appreciate Pancho being extremely kind and nice to prepare our checkin and also during our stays❤️

Excelente estadía, Alejandro muy atento desde el día que realicé la reserva. El lugar era igual que en las fotos, bien equipado, amplio, limpio y ordenado. El entorno era maravilloso, en medio de la naturaleza. Excelente ubicación con harto comercio aledaño y a un par de minutos caminando al lago Caburga. Volvería sin duda.

barrio tranquilo, la casa muy linda, contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía, buena conectividad para salir a lugares como villarrica, lican ray y también a pucón por camino al volcan, silvana muy atenta a todo lo que uno pudiera nesecitar ya sea vía Wsp o presencial, ademas puntual con la entrega de las llaves, recomendable en todo sentido.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Demasiado lindo el lugar, departamento muy amplio, super bien equipado, y el condominio es precioso, super grande, con piscinas y juegos, muy seguro, ya es segunda vez que venimos y seguiremos reservándolo!
