Can’t think about any other place to stay in Warsaw, only this apartment. Spotless clean, very responsive host attentive to any smallest request, very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed accommodation in one of the charming neighborhoods with local people. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with top-notch amenities, offering both comfort and style. The area was peaceful yet vibrant, with lovely cafe, bakery, and easy access to the city center and shopping malls. Very nice apartment in great location. Close to subway, shop, cafe, beautiful neighborhood. Very good communication, helpful staff at the front desk, parking space in the spacious garage, comfortable (I parked with a combi car), elevator from the garage, you leave almost by the apartment. I recommend!

Beautiful, very clean, quiet apartment in good location. It's clear that the host puts their heart into what they offer their guests. It has everything you need plus a lot, a lot more! The apartment is so decorated you feel at home🩷 The host is very flexible(human), helpful, and responds very quickly to any inquiries. I regret that we could only spend one night there, but I'm not surprised that such a gem in the Warsaw market is so crowded. I recommend it to everyone and will be happy to come back. Thank you 🙂🙂

The apartment is very nice, but not only! Also well done and well thought out. It is not a typical rental unit that is just supposed to look good in the photos - the furniture and other furnishings are really good quality. In addition, a parking space in the garage near the elevator and a great host with very good contact! Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean , great communication, close to old town , mall , central train station ! Would recommend!

The apartment is very clean. A big advantage is a large garden and a dryer for laundry :) The kitchen is very well equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet and still very close to the center. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from the apartment. With a clear heart, we can recommend this apartment and the host to other Airbnb users:)

Super great stay. This is a STEAL for the price. The house is beautiful and sparkling clean. Krzysz goes the extra mile with keeping everything maintained well and him and his girlfriend are super personable and fun to talk to. The place is generally very quiet too which is a hard thing to find in Warsaw. This room gets the highest recommendation I can give.

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

Some of the best I have met. Very friendly, very helpfull, speaks english very well. Krzysztof helped me about a lot of things abd gave me plenty of advices. They are both fantastic people.
