Adatto a chi deve lavorare in smart working grazie a una connessione internet veloce. Sono ammessi animali domestici e non è consentito fumare.

La borgata della carlevaro si trova in mezzo ad una radura, circondata dal bosco, raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti dalla strada statale, e quindi da tutti i servizi che i paesi di melle e frassino possono offrire (ottimi ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, etc)
