Monthly Rentals in Moiano

A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location. The villa has character and the log fire is a great focal point. Outdoor spaces for eating and chatting. A few minutes drive further up the hill is an amazing viewing point with restaurant. Marina is helpful, responsive and friendly.

Antonio was easy to work with, italy is awesome, the place is awesome! Keep in mind this is on a mountain, roads are windy mountain roads. There are steps from the top of the mountain to the bottom and to amalfi for a fun day hike

Our stay in Moiano was amazing. Tonino and his family are beautiful people and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The view from the deck is superb. I would highly recommend staying here. Alfonso gave great directions and had very prompt communication.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet apartment building. The loft is hot in the summer, but that's why I came to Italy in the summer to finally be warm :-) The owners (Maria Teresa and son Fabio) are nice and accommodating, check-in and check-out at a non-standard time was not a problem. She was great communication with both and were willing to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city with a beautiful view of the city and Vesuvius. Nearby is the center with the coast, where there are restaurants, churches and also the base of the cable car to Mount Faito. The kitchen facilities are reasonable and the rooms are very clean. Street parking next to the house. Because of the small streets (not only in Castellammare di Stabia), we recommend renting a small car (Lancia, Fiat). We had a great time :-) Thank you!
