In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed, 160 cm. There is an opportunity to light a fire in the small stove. Bed linens and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Self check-in via lockbox with code at the entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with a gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
