we could not have been happier with our stay. everything from the cleanliness to the location was perfect. Meghan was an amazing host and we are already looking to book again.

Definition of idyllic! We had such a wonderful stay at Kim's house. My husband, 3yo, and 8mo spent a few days "on the farm" (as my 3yo lovingly called it) and could not have felt more relaxed. The charming cottage is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Hudson. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch with our coffee, watching the goats lazily graze along the edge of the pond beautifylly lined with trees. Truly relaxing and felt like we were living in a postcard. Kim was very friendly and responsive and had great local suggestions. Would happily revisit Angus Farm next time we're in Hudson!

I loved staying in the Hemlock cabin! Cute kitchen with all that was needed, great porch, great views--wonderful hosts. Would stay there again for sure.

My wife Christine and I stayed at Leslie and Michael’s gorgeous carriage house studio for three nights in April 2025. It was the second year in a row that we chose this fabulous Airbnb to celebrate our anniversary! Saratoga Springs is a fun place! It has a great vibe! And Leslie’s place is just the icing on the cake! The space is pristine and cozy! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown. Very walkable! Leslie’s communication was superb and Michael greeted us when we arrived to show us the space. Leslie was attentive to us during our stay while also respectful of our privacy! A classy space and classy hosts! A number 1!

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

John's place is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Very close to the track. A couple of good Restaurant's near by. Pictures and description of property were perfect. Place was spacious and very clean. Perfect for a couple or 2 couples. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Nancy's was just what we needed after a long week in the Adirondacks. We chose this place for the location near the river and it helped cut our trip home to Pittsburgh down. The place is just as described and made even better with the simple touches and thoughtfulness that Nancy has put into the space. We landed for just one night and spent most of our time outside on the dock watching the beautiful river and natural surroundings. We saw many birds and a few beavers - while drinking our morning coffee a bald eagle gave us a show and made our trip end on a wonderful note :) I would recommend staying with Nancy to anyone who finds themselves in the area and wants a slice of comfort and nature to lodge in. On our way out of town, we went to a local diner that Nancy had recommended, Lakes Sweets and Treats for a delicious homestyle breakfast and made our way up to the country store from there to pick up a few local maple syrup bottles to gift our friends. Loved staying at Gabriella’s place. Conveniently located and easy to find. We were arriving late and Gabriella made sure that the walkway was free of ice and snow (there had been some snowfall earlier). Absolutely spotless!! Will def stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay.

This was an ideal place for my husband and I for a long weekend. It was close to antique shops and Herkimer Diamond mines, two things we love. James was an excellent host and available when needed, but never intrusive.

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

very clean, small space, great for two people.

We enjoyed our trip up to the county cottages so much! It was so refreshing to have everything we needed on our trip (even some things we forgot to pack). It is a very serene, quiet and friendly place. They have a beautiful place there with so much to do for the whole family. We are already planning our trip next year to go back! They have two large playgrounds for kids, one is a treehouse which was a huge hit for both my kids. The game room had some arcade games and a ping pong table which we used daily. They also have a pavilion that you can grill food, relax and play a game of pool. Right next to that they have a fire pit with a ton of Adirondack chairs. The pool was heated and was very clean! Bonnie gave us tons of recommendations for local restaurants in town and was always around saying hello and asking how we were doing. That made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to coming back and saying with them next year!

Tom was great, he delivered messages for check in and check out on time. Made sure we didnt have any questions and everything was perfect. The place was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The place was clean. Had everything we needed. everything was perfect Thanks for a great stay.

What a fantastic place! Perfectly located in downtown Cooperstown, literally a three minute walk down the street to the HOF and all the shops and restaurants. Easy check-in, on-site parking next to the front door, peaceful, clean, nicely decorated, even a welcome bottle of wine! It could not have been more perfect. Some wifi issues, but the host was proactive in providing a solution plus our hotspots worked just fine. Strongly recommended!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The guest house is attached the host’s home, but you still have a ton of privacy and peace and quiet. This place was perfect for our two night stay. Tons of room, large stocked kitchen, and a massive comfy bed. Highly recommended.
