Vacation rentals with lake access in Mohave Valley

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

Second time staying at Marji’s home was even better experience than the first time! Place looked amazing, kids picked out their room right away, knew where everything was at. Marji was left us clear instructions from get go just like fist time,. We were minutes from park for soccer tournament, so never felt being in a rush since we were so close. Also it’s very safe since the home is located in a gated community, would definitely continue to stay at Marji’s anytime we’re in Laughlin or Bullhead City! Definitely recommend her place!!

Ryan was an excellent host. Absolutely, no complaints. Our stay was wonderful. We really appreciate the communication.

Stephanie is a great host, she’s super responsive and helpful! Her place was super comfortable and the river is literally a couple seconds away from the place ! Perfect stay and great price for the amount of days we stayed !

We loved this place! It’s neat and very clean and super easy to access the River! We love coming here because the owners of this place are very attentive and nice and make it feel like home! Definitely worth coming here!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nice place and easy to find. The water front area is really nice.

My sis in law has been coming to this place for couple years. This year me and hubby joined and the spot is nice and clean and the private access to the water is amazing . This is a spot we will continue to come to as long as it’s available. The host messaged with Info ahead of time so had everything we needed before checking in.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE. IF YOU THINK THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S NOT. I'M A HOTEL SNOB AND REALLY LIKE 3-4 STARS ONLY. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.
