I would like to point out that the pool is only accessible to the tenants of the villa (four people) and that you will not share it with other residents. Come and recharge your batteries in this charming villa and relax in the private pool with shelter and relax on the large wooden terrace while sipping a drink. Prepare delicious meals in the large fitted and equipped kitchen. When returning from the beach, enjoy the hydromassage shower while waiting to enjoy a good barbecue.

We had a fantastic week in the Douarnenez area, the locality has a lot of scenic driving routes and walking routes in the area with the added bonus of the GR-34 route practically on the doorstep which brings you along the coastline. The house was perfectly located outside the town in a tranquil setting while still close enough to stroll into the beach/ restaurants/bars within 10 minutes. The garden is beautiful and the views are fantastic . The house has 5 beautiful bedrooms with ensuite showers but no toilets. There's one communal toilet upstairs and one downstairs. The house is perfectly equipped with everything a family would require for cooking/ laundry / entertainment with loads of outdoor seating for the good weather. The host Alexandra was very good in keeping in contact to ensure all was to our satisfaction and we hadn't any problems . In summary I highly recommend this house as an ideal location to explore and enjoy this part of Brittany Dan

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially since we had beautiful weather during the few days we spent in Brittany. The house is a real gem, charming, clean, bright, and is a short walk to the beach. This place is very special. Quiet, spacious and relaxing. The surrounding nature is spectacular and we enjoyed the unspoiled beach. Fresh fish and seafood is easily available and the house is well equipped for cooking nice sunset dinners in the garden. Chantal and Marc are super friendly and engaged hosts. Highly recommended.

We stayed with Solene for the second time with 4 adults and 3 children. The house is perfect for our group. It is nicely located, a quiet little beach is a 5-minute walk. Rooms are clean and well laid out. The equipment for, for example, own cooking or grilling is available. The highlight is of course the heated covered pool and the sauna (which we did not use). Communication and check-in and check-out are exemplary or easy. 100% recommendation from us

Good location for nice walks, clean made and comfortable beds, quality toilet linens, quite suitable house equipment (it was just missing a raclette machine😅) and maybe some more "modern" board games. Very pleasant little stay with friends.

A very pleasant residence, a five-minute walk to the sea, and a 10-minute drive to all shops. A very pleasant stay! We enjoyed the pool and sauna. In addition, the pool is covered when the weather is not playing along! The house is well-equipped, and the sea view from all the rooms is a real treat! Julien is always available and very responsive!

Marie-Helene’s beautiful house is situated in a quiet area close to the beach and approximately ten minute’s walk to the local port of Loctudy. The surrounding little beaches and rocky coves are a perfect pathway in low-tide to explore the local areas. The port of Lesconil is a lovely spot to sit and have a drink whilst looking out over the pretty marina. Of particular note is Pointe De La Torche, a historical and stunningly long beautiful beach popular for surfers. The market town of Pont L-Abbe is a 20 minute drive away. Marie-Helene is what I would describe as a very generous host. The stylish and uncluttered home is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and just about everything you could need ! The beds are extremely comfortable. Marie-Helene is a very friendly, helpful, welcoming and communicative host. She went out of her way to accommodate us and made us feel completely at home. This is definitely a 5 star highly recommended experience!
