Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Come and enjoy our Breton curiosities in our studio apartment with mezzanine in a residential complex located 100 m from the beach and children's games. This charming, fully furnished and equipped house offers you the opportunity to relax in peace and enjoy walks by the sea and in the forest. Possibility to couple the rental with a longhouse (sleeping 3) a few meters away. You will have at your disposal all the necessary kitchenware and household products. Linen is extra. Pets are welcome, except upstairs and on the couch. 20 minutes from the GR 34 via country roads and about ten minutes from the beaches by bike.
