Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). Non-smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.
