The place is beautiful and has fully met our expectations. Mr. Patricio and his wife were kind from start to finish and have always provided help when needed. Although the owner's house and the rented space are in the same lot and this may upset some people for the sake of privacy, I felt totally safe and respected, besides always being able to request support due to the proximity to the house. I loved the stay and I definitely intend to come back!

Unfortunately, the owner didn't want to sell the house. Regrettable (laughs)! Jokes aside, we found what we needed: silence, landscape and privacy. The initial negotiations were with Mariana, who returned with attention to our questions. After the confirmed reservation, the contact was with Maison, who was kind, agile and very available when necessary. By our choice, we chose not to explore the surroundings. We went as a family — four people — and had a warm welcome with cake and coffee beans, which we grind on the spot! We also got free-range eggs from Mr. Odilon. We ended up not taking advantage, but the property has tomato and pepper plants, and others that are yet to grow. We prepared our meals with tranquility, spent good times in the hammock, admiring the wide view, surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery. No rush, with space for conviviality and also for moments of introspection. An ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the noise of the city.

I had an amazing experience in this house in Serra da Moeda! The location is simply privileged, close to the wall with the waterfall, whose sound of water creates a relaxing and invigorating atmosphere at all times. The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature. The house was impeccably clean and well cared for, with everything very organized and functional. The kitchen is super complete, with all the utensils you need to prepare meals in comfort. In addition, the gourmet area is excellent, perfect for gathering friends and family while enjoying the beauty of the region. The view is stunning, with lots of surrounding greenery and a pleasant climate that make the stay even more special. I highly recommend it for those who want to rest, disconnect from the routine and enjoy a refuge surrounded by nature.

The place is great to rest. The condominium is great. Comfortable cottage, excellent pool. It's worth checking out.
