The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. Safe, shower, hairdryer, satellite flat TV radio Our bed linen is ironed cotton and also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.
