Our open, spacious bungalow has 115 m² of living space and a 30 m² terrace facing east. There are some wide steps to the entrance door, but no barriers in the house itself. For visitors to our spa region and Vienna tourists, our house is ideally located with optimal connections to Vienna. We are also happy to welcome families with children and provide a travel cot and high chair. Well-behaved dogs are not a problem. Cars park for free outside the door, bicycles in their own basement compartment.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our bungalow has 130 square metres of living space, a 50 square metre south-facing terrace and a 600 square metre garden with pool. The bus stop is right outside the door, in the centre of Vienna. Cars can be parked free of charge in front of the door, and we also have parking spaces for bicycles on our own property. at check in € 2,90 overnight stay tax per person and per night. The pool is in operation from June to the end of August!

100sqm comfort, family-friendly and top located

Our 100 m² accommodation is located in a lovely wine town south of Vienna. It has a very good public transportation to Vienna. The station to the local train is in a 5 minutes walking distance where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located.

A few steps away is the Kurpark or the Doblhoffpark with the Rosarium and a pond for rowing. A nice casino or theater is within walking distance. The Emperor of Austria or Ludwig van Beethoven felt comfortable in Baden. Thermal baths have existed in Baden since Roman times. In 4 minutes you can reach the Roman baths with sulfur pool and sauna
