The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, soft sheets, and he provided a binder of local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. My son enjoyed fishing off the deck. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. My husband and I traveled to this location with two other couples that were attending a wedding in the area. Maddy was an amazing host - well stocked kitchen and wonderful little extras in the kitchen and bath for our stay! The amenities were fabulous, and the view was amazing - from the soft and cozy blankets to the comfortable seats at the dining table for us to sit and enjoy playing games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

We absolutely ADORED our stay at Tony’s! We felt safe, and LOVED how close his place was to everything, without being right in the middle of it all. The beds were comfy, and everything was STOCKED! We look forward to staying again!

My husband and I are incredibly thankful for Duc’s accommodations and his kindness during our stay. Duc was a great communicator and very proactive when we needed help with something. The home is peaceful, comfortable, and well- stocked with all you may need for a short or extended stay, especially for coffee drinkers! There is a park across the street which was perfect for our little one who loves swinging. There was a sidewalk through the town which made for pleasant, safe walks. Several sports bars/river-themed restaurants along the main road. We recommend 3rd Chute’s Horseshoe dish and Grafton Oyster Bar’s red beans and rice! Short drive to STL and other towns in IL which have Walmarts and Schnucks for any additional needs you may have. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Grafton in the future!

My family of 5 spent 4 days in Kyle and Emily’s residence, which was amazing. The home had all of the necessary amenities, which was greatly appreciated. I found it very hard to leave the home at times, because it was so relaxing, from the beds to the reclining couch. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the area!

Wonderful historic home that is roomy and comfortable. Second time here and would certainly stay again. Beautifully appointed with great kitchen. Cute town with shops and restaurants nearby.
