Apartment vacation rentals in Modave

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

Fijn en ruim appartement, groter dan op de foto’s. Durbuy op korte afstand van de accommodatie en winkels voor boodschappen tegenover. Communicatie was prettig en snel.

Logement très agréable et très propre. On y a trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et quelques très gentilles attentions comme des petits sachets de thé, sans oublier le fauteuil massant dont nous avons testé plusieurs programmes 😜

Logement confortable et bien situé, à proximité des commerces. Produits de première nécessité bien présents. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup vécu dans le logement car nous venions voir notre fils et sa famille.

Super mooie rustige groene plek. Een leuk huisje met lieve huisdieren om lekker te ontspannen. Ik heb al lang niet zo diep geslapen als daar om heerlijk wakker te worden met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. De omgeving was prachtig om te wandelen. Andere dorpen/steden waren goed te bereiken.

Un havre de paix. Si vous aimez la nature et le calme vous êtes au bon endroit. Le logement est grand, propre et bien décoré. Le gros plus la grande baie vitrée dans la cuisine qui donne cette impression d être dehors. Jardin magnifique. Excellent accueil par la propriétaire et pleins dehors conseils pour les visites aux alentours. Je vous conseille vraiment ce petit paradis.

Un excellent séjour à Liège ! Le logement était propre, bien décoré et très confortable. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour un séjour agréable à Liège !

The appartement is perfectly located, 10 minute walk to the city centre. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with and everything was perfectly arranged. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft war super, und Olivier ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. In weniger als 10min ist man in der Stadt, und auch die Autobahn ist nah - ich bin zur Rennstrecke Spa-Francorchamps gefahren und der Weg war sehr schnell. Gerne wieder!

Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable. Nous avions commandé le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment bon et copieux. Les échanges avec FineNest étaient très clairs, conviviaux et suffisamment réactif pour que tout se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons cet endroit : il y a de très bons restaurants à Esneux et de belles randos à faire dans le coin.

Super plek om te verblijven in de buurt van Durbuy, maar Barvaux zelf is ook een levendig dorp. Voor de liefhebber is Durbuy via mooie wandeltocht in ca 3km te bezoeken. Wij hebben 2 nachten bij Bruno verbleven tijdens onze fietstocht door de Ardennen. De fietsen konden veilig in de gang worden gestald. Helaas waren Bruno en Patricia zelf niet aanwezig, maar contact via app verliep uiterst soepel en adequaat. Wellicht voor minder mobiele personen een nadeeltje dat het mooie appartement zich op de tweede etage bevindt. Voor ons was dit echter geen issue. Wij zouden zo weer boeken!

100% aan te raden! Super warme gastvrouw die je ten alle tijden meteen te hulp staat. Prachtige accommodatie met een rustgevende en mooie omgeving. Super schoon en zeker het geld waard.

A very warm welcome from our host. Beautiful apartment, very clean and smart with everything you need, the terrace is amazing with stunning views of the river. The area is quiet and very tranquil. We did not try the Michelin restaurant below the apartment. There are many beautiful places to visit but sitting on the terrace watching the world go by was lovely. A note for the less mobile is that there are a number of stairs up to the apartment. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we hope to return.

Heel mooi en smaakvol appartement. Je voelt je snel thuis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht vanaf heerlijk balkon. Fijn bed, fijne douche. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Prima restaurants in de buurt. Alles wat nodig is voor een ontspannen verblijf.

Wij hadden een heerlijk weekend onder vrienden in het appartement van Loïc. Het appartement kwam overeen met wat op de foto’s en in de advertentie beloofd werd. Het dakterras met jacuzzi en panoramisch uitzicht op de omgeving is echt een meerwaarde.

I was there with a friend of me. This beautiful place is so good to relax and calm down. The furniture is selected with a love to details and we really liked this place. Clementine as host was a realy lovely person and always kind and helpful. We would recommend to everyone to stay for a while in this little Paradies.We are looking forward to come back one day

Een super Appartement en een hele vriendelijke host. Alles was erg school en het rook overal lekker. Rituals producten waren erg fijn, net als de badjassen (iets te klein wel:) en de keukenspullen. Fijne jacuzzi en sauna (al zou ik die liever in de grote slaapkamer gehad hebben en voor 2 personen was gezelliger we geweest). Flesje bubbels bij aankomst was erg attent. De bank zit erg lekker en overal stonden kaarsjes dus het was erg gezellig in de avond.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von George und Christine! Alles war perfekt: Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt. George und Christine wohnen im selben Haus, was ein großer Vorteil war – sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar, unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Dadurch hat es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. George und Christine waren fantastische Gastgeber – super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten. Sie haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, und man spürt, wie sehr sie sich bemühen, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

Rund um die Unterkunft gibt es nicht viel. Im Ort befindet sich jedoch ein Supermarkt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben eine kleine Wohnungsführung und Erklärung zu allem erhalten. Nicht nur die Einfahrt und das gesamte Grundstück sind ein echtes Highlight, auch die Wohnung an sich ist super schön und hat Charme. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und natürlich dem tollen Whirlpool. Was vielleicht fehlt ist ein Sonnenschirm, dass ist aber auch das Einzige was wir bemängeln könnten. Christian ist ein toller Gastgeber und war stets zu erreichen. Wir danken für ein wunderschönes Wochenende und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé. Belle décoration, beau jardin, jacuzzi chaud et bien propre...tout est parfait! Dominique est très souriant, très accueillant. Je recommande!

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.
