Cozy bunkbed nook can comfortably accommodate 2-3 children or 2 adults. There is a full size guest bathroom and sleeper sofa as well. The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf waters are just a 3-5 minute walk with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

Renovated upstairs, private, interior unit on the parade route! Walk downstairs to the parades and walk to everything downtown has to offer. Parking for one vehicle now included! Easy interstate access. One bed/one bath and a separate study with a pullout couch. The living room has pullout also for easy sleeping for 4 adults. King bed in the bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Unit is .3 mile walk to convention center making it faster to walk there than drive! One block from Saenger.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

We're located on Mobile Bay and 2 blocks from Fort Morgan Beach (2 beaches within walking distance!) A short drive to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and there are restaurants and bars near to condo. Access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on property. Fort Morgan State Historic located nearby. Near to Little Lagoon kayak launch with many fishing charters nearby. Must be 25 to rent!.
