Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

WELCOME to La Carmela. Our Master suite is completely private with your own entry way and own bathroom, access from the patio! You'll be able to come and go as you please without being disturbed. Shared wall with security double doors. The rest of the house will be inaccessible. We are minutes away from I-10 and I-65. Close to downtown to see Mardi Gras, hospitals, universities and cruise terminal. Five minute walk to the laundromat.
