Alessandro and Mr. Luigi are extremely hospitable people. They welcomed us as family members but were never intrusive. They were available to meet the needs of a couple of new parents (camping cot and high chair). The apartment is complete with everything, extremely clean and easy to reach. It has an elevator and the spaces are generous. Highly recommended both for the location (you can reach the sea in a 5-minute walk without crossing the Aurelia), ample parking and market available nearby. Go visit them... it will feel like home! Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

Nice apartment, great location. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

Enjoyed our stay at Sophie's lovely home. Loved the location! Walk out the door, turn the corner and you enter the area of so many lovely shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are on the backside of the home and were very quiet even though we were so close to all the action. Kitchen was fabulous and well equipped. Sophie provided us with a welcome gift of wine and much needed snacks after traveling from the states. She was very accommodating and responsive! Would definitely stay here again if I visit Nice in the future!

Very pleasant stay, Tobias is very friendly and caring, his accommodation is perfectly thought out for an idyllic stay. And cherry on the cake, take the time to have a drink at Üga its wine bar in the old center of Montalto and enjoy its beautiful selection of wine.

everything as described. The house is beautiful, small but perfect for two people. Equipped with everything. The garden is also really a plus, unfortunately we could not use it because the weather still did not allow us to fully enjoy it and for our schedules.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

The Apartment was spotless and well equipped, just as described. It was in the old town, so easy access to everything. Check-in was straightforward and Eva was there to welcome us. Eva and the host were very responsive. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs.

We appreciated the beauty of the place, the comfort and cleanliness of the space. 3 minutes from Final Borgo and 2km from the beach, the location is ideal Gianluca is a super welcoming host, easy and very available. We had an idyllic stay in this cliffside studio. The breathtaking views of the valley are simply spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. Great accommodation with everything as listed including the fantastic views! Quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to amenities, old town and beaches. The villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs within the accommodation. Also a certain level of fitness is required to walk back up to the villa at least 2 or 3 times each day as we did not hire a car. An information pack for guests would be useful regarding local restaurants, transport etc. even in this digital age! Stefano was very responsive to any queries we had and many thanks for the welcome bottle of fizz!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The service was great and we responded to our questions right away. The location is very good and the train station is only 500 meters away. Only the garage was too small for my Volvo station wagon, but the car could be parked on the street. We would book the apartment again.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is located right in the village square and in the middle of Italian life. This also includes the ringing of the early morning church bells and playing the children on the square. The apartment is very stylish, the kitchen practical. One sleeping area is open, the other is separated with an door. As described, there is no WiFi in the apartment and otherwise it is difficult to get a stable internet connection behind the thick walls. But that didn't change that we had a very nice week. Grazie!!

We had an excellent week here. The house is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for guests but, most importantly, the location is incredible. The view of the mountains does not get dull. Nathalie and her husband were very kind and welcoming including gifts of local products and some vegetables from the garden. An ideal place.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Beautiful house, very modern and secure. master suite on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. nothing was missing. Very friendly host and available when we needed him, recommended us a lot of places to go or event in the area. 25 min from Nice, quiet. I recommend it+++
