To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 12 min drive, to Hafjell (OL 1994/Hunderfossen Adventure Park) 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen/2 towels per guest can be rented, must be pre-booked - price €30 per set, or you can bring your own. Kårstua at Viken Fjellgård, right next to fishing lake

An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can ride your bikes, go hiking right out of the farm, walk in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.
