Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mjini Magharibi Region

Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Definitely felt like we won the "Last-Minute Booking Lottery" with this property!!! Place was better than advertised, and I never had an Airbnb host as accommodating as Khalid. 15 minute drive got you to all of the fun and exciting things to do on the island of Zanzibar, and my man Khalid had everything line up for us to maximize our 3 days/2 nights there. Would recommend this to anyone as their first option if they want to get away from being in the noisy downtown area. Oh, can't forget, that pool was amazing...could've stayed in there all day.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

Our stay here was amazing, honestly beyond our expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with food and tea when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. We arranged an airport pickup through them, which made everything so easy from the start. The place was perfect for our family with kids, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much, and the host made it completely hassle-free with quick and smooth communication. Staying here made our trip to Zanzibar so much better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free and memorable stay!

L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité de plages sublimes, de restaurants délicieux et de sites incontournables, tout en restant dans un cadre calme et préservé. Les conseils du propriétaire pour les visites et les bonnes adresses nous ont été très utiles ! Enfin, un grand merci pour hospitalité et la disponibilité. I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Fumba Town verbracht! Es war sehr ruhig und sauber! Die Wohnung und der Service von Neema sind super! Wunderschöne Umgebung mit schönem Park, super Pool und das Meer ist auch sehr einladend bei Flut. Einkufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles zu Fuss durch schöne, schattige Parks mit vielen Pflanzen, erreichbar. Super Spielplatz für die Kinder gleich vis à vis der Wohnung!

I was on a business trip, it was close to the airport. An ideal place for this kind of visit. Really clean, probably the best Airbnb for this price I have found in Zanzibar town. Really nicely set up, very clean, has everything you need. Recommended.

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

This place is super cozy and it matches both the description and pictures. The kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay. The view of the garden was a lovely surprise and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!
