This is a small, barrier-free guest house that opened in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance. There are no steps inside the rooms either. There is no bathtub. You can spend a relaxing time with early check-in (from 10:00 am) and late check-out (until 4:00 pm). We provide home-roasted coffee in drip bags every day (roasted on the same day). The entire building is equipped with a "Ryosui Koubou" water purification system and a water softener, so all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. There is a supermarket a 3-minute drive away, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. Drinks and snacks are available from the vending machine on the premises. The on-site coin-operated laundry (paid) has a washer-dryer and a large dryer. There is no television. This is a newly built house in Higashinakasone, Miyakojima City. The building has a calm atmosphere with a characteristic red tile brick roof, and is recommended for families and groups. There is 1 double bed, 4 semi-double beds, and 2 single futons. We recommend that the semi-double be used by one person. It can accommodate up to 12 people, but it is more comfortable for about 8 people. There are 2 toilets, a washing machine and a dryer, so you can rest assured even if you are staying for a long time or have a large number of people. The bathroom also has a bathtub, so you can slowly relax from your travels. There is no TV, so we hope you can spend a relaxing time on Miyakojima. There are also convenient stores nearby, and SAN-A and Big One are about 4 minutes away by car. The location is convenient for shopping and dining. We have simple and easy-to-use facilities, so please feel free to use GUEL PALACIO as a base for sightseeing and activities.
