Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Penthouse Obertraum Mountain View Lake Hallstatt

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

'dasBergblick'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Central, well-maintained

Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
