Chantal and Marc are friendly, helpful, likeable and communicative - as you wish for their hosts (just better). The typical old Appenzeller house is beautiful, tastefully renovated and cozy. There is order everywhere. The surroundings are also captivating: the small garden, the beautiful village of Gais, the green of the fields and forests, but also the very visible Appenzell peaks (especially the Säntis). The town of Appenzell can be easily reached in a short time, also by public transport. If you don't mind sharing certain rooms (e.g. kitchen or dining room) with others, Chantal and Marc's place is unconditionally recommended!

I was warmly welcomed by Dijana. I was very surprised by the nice apartment. It is quiet and modernly equipped. Would love to come back. All in all, it was great.

An enchanting place to stay. We enjoyed a lot with the views and the peace and quiet. The cottage was very comfortably furnished and had all the compfor. We want to visit again. Highly recommended if you like to spend time in nature.

This place is truly wonderful. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay. Very clean with modern amenities where needed. Beautiful decorations of historic pieces and local furnishings. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Appenzell and short drive to St.Gallen. The host is also great to work with. She is very kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

The location was perfect—just a short, enjoyable walk to the city center, which made exploring super easy. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the attention to detail. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our staying in st gallen was very good. We came to work and Sophia made us an offer for her house. The prices in Switzerland are expensive, but with the offer she made it was good. The house correspond to all pictures, is close to the center, then we can make a lot of things and visit other cities in Switzerland

Very friendly hostess. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. In the kitchen, all kinds of cooking utensils are available. The bathroom has its own washing machine. Parking is very close. Although only 12 hours of parking are officially allowed here, you can also stay longer. There are also parking spaces at the recycling center. The apartment was very cozy in winter, only sometimes a little cold. That may also have been because I didn't quite understand the heating system :). The location is very quiet with good hiking and a very good restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It also has a supermarket within walking distance. I would love to come back anytime

We had a very nice stay with two children. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a week. In addition, Lea and Manu were attentive hosts. The children enjoyed the two running ducks and the fireplace behind the house.

We stayed for three nights with our two kids at Michaela's place and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, a peaceful place with amazing views of the mountains. The house itself (you're staying on the ground floor of their home) is perfect, it is clean, well-organized, and for our kids there was lots to do: toys, games, a playground in the garden. Michaela was very clear and helpful, and very quickly responsive to all our questions. All-in-all a great host and a great place to stay!

The instructions for access to the accommodation were very clear. The description perfectly matches the apartment: it is very well located, on the lake, in a quiet and well-maintained Marina. Our whole family felt at home: the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, with a special mention of the sauna in the bathroom! The location is privileged because you can enjoy the environment of the lake as well as that of the mountain, which is exceptional 😊 We hope to stay there again to enjoy the different seasons.

We stayed for 10 days in Thomas's beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Also highly recommended with a small child, it had everything from toys to children's cutlery and even a travel cot. We highly recommend the apartment.
