In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A small feature of the accommodation, the second bedroom (2 single beds) is accessible from the 1st bedroom, through a connecting door. This can be a plus for the safety of small children.

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Not to mention the Brière Regional Park I will make myself available for any questions and advice during your stay.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

La Chandelle

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.

This small, comfortable new accommodation adjoining my house with its independent entrance includes: - on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator...) - upstairs: a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people plus an extra bed for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Our 22 m2 studio is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of an old building. While it is located on one of the boulevards serving the city center and the lively districts of Nantes, its view opens onto one of those quiet and preserved places hidden by the facades of big cities. Your window opens onto small gardens that invite you to wake up to birdsong and guarantee you peace and quiet.
