Small house of character, completely renovated, located in the center of the village, with courtyard and garden not overlooked. In a quiet area close to all shops. A 10-minute walk to the beautiful Château de le Bretesche and its beautiful 18-hole golf course. A small feature of the accommodation, the second bedroom (2 single beds) is accessible from the 1st bedroom, through a connecting door. This can be a plus for the safety of small children.

Rated 4 stars by an official Gîte de France organization, this small, new, independent, comfortable home is located behind our house. Entry can be done independently. Ideal for a quiet stay, with family, friends or for a romantic stay. This space is private, just for you. If you wish, you can relax in the Jacuzzi and heated pool while enjoying the garden with an exotic atmosphere. Tranquility, charm and a change of scenery guaranteed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

La Chandelle

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.

Located between the Vilaine, the Nantes to Brest canal and the Isac; it is the starting point for many cultural visits and the discovery of remarkable sites.
