Spectacular views of "Los Arcos." Whale watching in winter. Just minutes away is the beautiful "Playa de Mismaloya," where the movie that made Puerto Vallarta famous was filmed. Private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Just minutes away from the beach, clubs and bars of Nuevo Vallarta Kitchen equipped with everything ready for use. Air conditioning inside the two bedrooms. At the moment the pool does not have a heater, nor do we have a washing machine or dryer.
