Recomand cu drag. Gazda foarte receptivă, a dat indicații clare și poze și a fost disponibilă permanent până la check in, deși am ajuns foarte târziu, aproape de miezul nopții. Accesul pare complicat din cauza lucrărilor în derulare (nu a fost zgomot deloc) însă nu este deloc așa, se face destul de ușor. Pt că am menționat că e f imp pt mine cafeaua, a adus pe rpd înainte un filtru pe care să îl pot folosi (găsise cafetiera stricată în ziua respectivă) a făcut recomandări unde pot găsi cafea bună în apropiere. Apartamentul f curat, frumos aranjat, aerisit, nu încarcat, oglinzi mari, spații de depozitare, spațiu de lucru. Baia curată. Totul nou în casă, complexul e construit recent. TV cu, probabil, toate aplicațiile, eu am folosit doat yt și Netflix, dar erau și altele. În apropiere de complex este un mega image non stop. Langă este și o stație de autobuz. Patul confortabil, jaluzele perfecte să nu intre lumina, lumină și prize lângă pat. Voi reveni cu drag când mai ajung în Iași

Locuinta este superba, frumos decorata, cozy si impecabila din punct de vedere al curateniei. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta casa. Am ajuns destul de tarziu la proprietate si din cauza întunericului a fost un pic mai greu de gasit, dar Constantin ne-a ajutat, chiar daca ora era tarzie si pentru asta suntem foarte recunoscatori. Iti multumim Constantin pentru gazduire si receptivitate 🙏🏻

Casa Tranquila Copou

The location of the property suted us well. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to any requests. The property has a fantastic view from the 10th floor balconie with the valley and the lake underneath. All was looking magnificent in the sunset. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out, there is plenty of choice in Iasi. The local supermarket has plenty of choice. The sleeping arrangements, realistically, are only for 3 adults and a child. The big bed was comfortable and all the bedding was clean. The host, later, has offered us an additional accommodation to improve this, but we decided to decline his offer. The rooms felt spacious & fresh. Heating : it was a little chilly at night and we needed to boost the room's temperature with the fan heater. It would be beneficial to have a guide -book with information on heating, internet, hairdryer & kettle location ... The price was very reasonable and we would be happy to return & recommend to others.

Gazdele au fost atente la nevoile noastre, am comunicat foarte bine cu ei. Locuinta este curata, cu tot ce ai nevoie, amplasata intr-o zona liniștită, cu acces la magazine și mijloace de transport. Recomand cu încredere și vom reveni dacă vom avea ocazia.

Cand am intrat in bloc am avut un sentiment deloc placut. Nu mirosea prea bine, nici nu prea stralucea curatenia, un lift de pe vremuri. Stiti proverbul: in afara-i vopsit gardul, inauntru-i leopardul? Aici a fost total invers. Cand am intrat in casa am simtit mirosul. Unul fresh, de primavara desi afara erau vreo - 8 grade. Apoi am amprins lumina. Totul corespundea descrierii de pe site. Nu o sa mai continuu cu descrierea interiorului si aspectele legate de curatenie si dotari. Va las pe voi sa le descoperiti. Pentru ca face toti banii sa petreceti ceva timp in acel apartament daca sunteti cu treburi pe la Iasi. Pentru mine sederera a fost scurta. Prea scurta.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Despite our last-minute booking, the host went above and beyond to prepare everything perfectly. The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly welcoming.
