I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, making the entire experience hassle-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space.

The location of the property suted us well. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to any requests. The property has a fantastic view from the 10th floor balconie with the valley and the lake underneath. All was looking magnificent in the sunset. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out, there is plenty of choice in Iasi. The local supermarket has plenty of choice. The sleeping arrangements, realistically, are only for 3 adults and a child. The big bed was comfortable and all the bedding was clean. The host, later, has offered us an additional accommodation to improve this, but we decided to decline his offer. The rooms felt spacious & fresh. Heating : it was a little chilly at night and we needed to boost the room's temperature with the fan heater. It would be beneficial to have a guide -book with information on heating, internet, hairdryer & kettle location ... The price was very reasonable and we would be happy to return & recommend to others.

Apartamentul este ușor de accesat de pe centura Municipiului Iași, pentru a evita traficul aglomerat din oraș. Este situat la aproximativ 15 minute față de Palas/Centrul Orașului, cu mașina personală sau transportul public (stația se află la 2 minute de mers pe jos). Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, la parter, fiind dotat cu un balcon spațios, având în proximitatea sa un magazin alimentar, La doi pași (100 de metri), și un centru comercial, Family Market (500 de metri).

The purpose of our visit to Iasi was for a visit to the dentist and I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the location of the clinic is in the same block as the home. Very close to the bus stop, easy access to the tram stop too. Recommended.
