Simons apartment was perfect for our weekend stay with our son. Simon was very responsive & friendly. The apartment was nice, we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, no clutter, clean. Sunday (his cat) was the cherry on top.

We had a pleasant and great stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, lots of things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation… you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But other than that, it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

The place is quiet and the apartment was perfect for a stay for 2. The apartment was spotless. The courtyard serving as a free garage is an asset in the outskirts of Lyon. I have nothing to complain about the rental, everything was as described and met my expectations. I would highly recommend it. Loïc was kind.

2nd stay at Pierre and Khatia's and the apartment is still impeccable, cozy, where you feel good. Nothing is missing. The accommodation is very clean, the bedding is great. The balcony is a plus in summer, for quiet meals surrounded by greenery. Very kind and very responsive hosts. Lyon city center is 15 minutes by bus, Tête d'Or Park is 15 minutes' walk. We really recommend this place if you're passing through Lyon.

As mentioned in other reviews, the last staircase is steep and narrow. Otherwise, very clean and functional apartment.
