On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a gymnastics class is held from 9 to 10 am, in the enclosure, so you will hear music and instructions from the teacher. You can participate for a low price. I recommend them! There is a warm-up, followed by cardio, localized and ending with stretching and relaxation.

NOTE: The pool water heating system is a heat pump and solar panel, therefore the temperature in spring-summer is 25º to 30º and in autumn-winter from 24º to 21º
