Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

A great place for a quick getaway! Neighborhood is quiet and definitely felt safe within other local homes. The nearest grocery store was about a 10 min walk away which was convenient. Calling ride share is easy- the drivers can quickly pick up and drop off right at the entrance. The room itself is just how the pictures represent. Dionisio was a very informative host with detailed instructions and recommendations.

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Arlene’s Place Was Everything I Expected. Second Time Visiting PR I Will Definitely Recommend Staying Here Again. Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Jennifer was an amazing host will definitely be staying there when we come back to Puerto Rico. Looks just like the description and an amazing location. We were able to walk to a lot of excursions and if not Ubers were fairly close and affordable.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very clean and cozy. The location is great, just a 6 minute walk to Distrito T-Mobile, around 15 minutes to Escambrón Beach, and about 25 minutes to La Placita de Santurce. The host was very kind and attentive to every detail, making you feel right at home.

This was a great little spot to stay for two nights! The location was great—not walkable to a ton of stuff in a short distance but an easy and quick uber ride to anything you’d want to do.

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was comfortable to sleep and relax on the couch. Felt like home away from home. Great getaway location. Beach less than 5-10 minute walk (with beach chairs provided), plenty of restaurants, bars, & shops. Walkable and felt very safe. Great amenities. Kitchen had everything to be comfortable at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Provides great local recommendations. Over-all wonderful experience and would book again!

This place is amazing. The view is stunning in a very quiet neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures. It’s a short walking distant to the beach amongst other restaurants. The building is okay, but with my hubby we felt safe. The only two things we didn’t like was the lack of A/C in the bathroom. We had to turn the A/C on super low to get the air to flow to the bedroom ( which worked) The other thing was that the room was small. When you walk through the door you immediately hit the bed. We had to have our luggage in the living room (where we got dressed) My husband is very tall and he’s not a small man. We made it work and we had a great time

To be honest the only complaint I could say is the pillows need to be changed but otherwise it was one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Great location, prompt reply’s, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Very nice place to stay

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely return here in the future. Thank you so much Fernando y Ismari! ❤️
