Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Dionisio’s place was a great place to stay. Perfect for 2 people who are spending most of their day sightseeing and going to the beach. The place was nice and clean, very cozy. The parking is truly ideal. Host was communicative and easy to get in touch with.

Arlene’s Place Was Everything I Expected. Second Time Visiting PR I Will Definitely Recommend Staying Here Again. Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

The host was great with communication. They were great with check in and check out. There was a minor black out. The host was immediately in communication with us and it did not last long. Would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient location + space was spacious and clean. We fell in love with the cats outside of the door. They were so lovely and greeted us every time we came in and out :)

Cute, homey apartment – perfect for two! This was a last-minute booking due to unexpected circumstances, but Eddy was incredibly generous, accommodating, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much, Eddy!

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

Erick’s Airbnb is a nice spot to stay at. The building has 24/7 security making you feel safe. The room has everything you’d need and the location is convenient enough where u can pretty much get to most places with uber. Would stay again!

Jennifer was an amazing host will definitely be staying there when we come back to Puerto Rico. Looks just like the description and an amazing location. We were able to walk to a lot of excursions and if not Ubers were fairly close and affordable.

Loved it here! Right on the beach strip and there was a lot to do. We walked to breakfast every morning, and were able to walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, and my favorite part was how many towels were provided. Everything smelt fresh and clean. It was easy to get in the apartment, and the view right outside was beautiful. I’m a light sleeper and the noise outside did not bother me. It was just what me and my boyfriend needed for a few nights. I highly recommend to stay here. Old San Juan was also very close. Ubers were not expensive to get there.

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼
