Cozy and fresh apartment

My friend and I stayed this apartment for a few days and it was an enjoyable experience. It was a little loud at night since it’s next to a very active road and there’s several bars and restaurants really close by which means people are out very late. If you’re ok with the noise then the place is great and the apartment came with ear buds which was also nice. Access to the little balcony was really great especially in the mornings with some coffee. Bathroom was HUGE and very spacious. One thing is it does take a little while for the water from the shower to become warm. Our stay was great and would definitely recommend!

It was a peaceful stay. the place was clean and ready. Coffee and spices available. Clean and enough dishes. good small appliances in good order. The microwave was "too modern" but we figured it out. We would recommend this place any time.

Great location, quick communication, unique and clean space. Would definitely stay again. This location is best if you want to go to the most popular beaches and also stay close to a very unique part of San Juan after. It is very beautiful here. In Miramar I felt very very safe. Grocery store and pharmacy is pretty much across the street. A very unique grocery store is a block away. I ended up walking to the beaches but a quick Uber ride is just as easy if you don’t want to walk it or have a larger group.

Thomas and Stephen were great host. The place is perfect for solo travelers o r couple that want to be close to the heart of Puerto Rico without breaking the bank. They even allowed me to check out a bit later which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend their place!
