It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. The property closely matches the photos and has a charming, aesthetic appeal. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean, though we did notice a few spider webs and some dust in corners. One of the rooms lacks a window, which caused some ventilation issues, so we had to keep the AC running most of the time. The surroundings are lovely, with plenty of trees creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the beach is just a short walk away. The space is comfortable for 3–4 adults or a family with 2 kids. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and unwind. Overall, it’s a safe and secure property, and I would particularly recommend it for female travellers.

We had a really nice time staying at Freeda's place. it was really cute and clean. And it matched my aesthetics. it felt like a private property in midst of all the citys' hustle bustle, And the beach was just few 2-3 min walks away. Perfect stay for me and my friends. 😊

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful with a cozy ambience that immediately made me feel at home. The self check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with stunning interiors that gave it a warm and stylish vibe. Honestly, after settling in, I kept questioning whether I should even step out to explore Goa or just stay in and enjoy the comfort of this lovely home! It’s that inviting. Plus, the location is perfect — Anjuna Beach and several nearby spots are just a short walk away, making it really convenient to explore on foot. Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

It was very great experience staying at Rajendra’s place. It is more beautiful and cozy than pictures. Very spacious. Neat n clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The only issue was with bedsheet which was pale yellow color. Rest everything was best. Easy to find. Right in front of Anjuna Police station and police checkpoint. Very safe place

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Pinheiro. Ashok who is the local host was helpful and responsive. You have an on site housekeeper (well we had 2 by the end of the stay as one was leaving soon to get married) who will cook you breakfast in the mornings and even babysat one night so me and my husband could go out for a meal. The place is lovely! The pool is on the smaller side but a good size for our family to plunge in when the heat got a bit much. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happy stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful stay , the villa was as described, even better, regularly cleaned and best of it all was the food.. in a place like Goa, where everywhere prices are through the roof...this was a much welcome relief..such delicious food , thar we never bothered to venture outside...the cook Shravan is an absolute masterchief...he could just cook up anything and the hosts , Bhawna, Aman, Swati and team were simply wonderful...they went out of the way to make our stay pleasant...absolutely recommend this and will definitely come back again...

The place was clean and the the caretaker was always responsive. The place was about 7 mins walk to vagator market and 7 mins drive to Anjuna market. It's also a 12 min walk to the beach(we didn't walk though). There is a new nightclub on the same road - Amber which was playing loud music till late night (only once) but did not bother us. The house had basic amenities but the supermarket is close by and also the caretaker provided whatever we needed. I would recommend the place esp for the location.

We stayed at Paras's glassdoor house for almost 10 days. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy the calm charm of a beach side retreat. We were there for a workation and the creative energy that place holds is amazing. Lot of birds and flora and fauna makes it very beautiful. We even spotted few peacocks. The dogs are friendly as well. We spent most of our time in the corridor outside which was a perfect place to sit and write. Kitchen and washing machine was a blessing in disguise. Manish was really helpful too. Paras was always available on phone and is an amazing host. He even suggested us few cafes and a sunset point nearby. Will definitely come back here.

This property is ideal for larger groups, comfortably accommodating 8-9 guests. The pool is a highlight, complemented perfectly by a well-placed bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and essential amenities, including a microwave/oven. There's ample parking space available. What stands out the most is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, maintained daily by a diligent caretaker. Overall, this place is excellent for parties, relaxation, or just lounging by the pool—it truly has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The bedrooms are spacious, airy, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning to keep things cool. I loved the red oxide flooring, the wooden doors, and the tiled roof – they all add to the house's charming vintage vibe. What really stood out was the location. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away – perfect for early morning strolls or evening sunsets. Plus, you’re so close to Candolim Road, where you’ll find all the great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. And with reliable services like Swiggy and Instamart, you really can’t ask for more. There were just a couple of small things I’d suggest: The kitchen could be better stocked with more utensils – especially since there’s an oven, but not much in the way of cookware for it. Also, it would have been nice if one

The moment the booking was confirmed we were contacted by Riya and they even arranged an early check in for us since we have two kinds with us. It is a basic but cozy property with some great places at a walkable distance like Evas Cafe. There are lots of places to shop at just a 100-200 meters walk away. Mr. Utpal who was our caretaker was very very helpful from the time we checked in until our check out, he even helped us with booking cabs for the airport. I would definitely book this place again.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.
