Super recommended, very surely we are going back.

The stay for peaceful parties was very pleasant and beautiful, we spent it super in the company of friends and family. The bungalows and the location of the place very good. It had been nicer to enjoy the beautiful pool,but the weather did not help much those days. But we still had a wonderful time and the house staff were super attentive and available for help.

The house is much nicer than the photos with a super view and well equipped. Giovanna and her husband make great hosts. My family and I had a super week away from town. I recommend it !

I shared it with my family and we all loved the place, everything was very clean and tidy. We'll be back because it became one of our favorite places

The house is just like the photos! The beds are comfortable. You have the whole house to your disposal. The proper maintenance is noted. It had everything needed to spend a few incredible days and welcome the year in the best way.

Everything was super nice and clean, we were delighted with the attention of Martin and Flavio. Always friendly and concerned because we felt comfortable. The house is spectacular, everyone asked me to rent it again, the pool is great, it has lights and each room with bathroom! I'm literally happy with everything!!

The stay was excellent, Ricardo took care of us very well, always very attentive and very kind, he helped us with everything, he even rescued us from unfortunate situations we had. The accommodation is wonderful, comfortable, the area is very good, everything is very quiet. Ricardo also helped us with transportation with an acquaintance of his named Mayra who was also spectacular in her service. I have no complaints, everything worked fine.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Good service and even allowed us to check in a few hours before check-in. 100 points for value for money. Recommended.

Amazing stay! The apartment was nice, everything was very clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect, literally steps from the beach. Carla was very attentive. 100% recommended and I would come back without hesitation!

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

We loved our stay. The instructions made it easy for our group to plan for our stay and know the accommodations. We will definitely check in next time we are in Lima.

Everything was great. Just one thing, the kitchen items (pots, cups and cleaning cloth) were not so clean

Everything was great and looked just like the pictures. There were a lot of walkable restaurants near by which were great. Location and modern is what we got from this apartment! Would stay here again!

We loved our stay as a family of six. With four bedrooms (three of which have space for two people and one of which has space just for one person), we had plenty of room for our 6 week stay. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and enjoying. On top of that, the view is simply the best and the building amenities are super! Pool, playground, parking, security, billiards, gym. Arnaldo and Joss are extremely helpful and kind, to top it off! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent host, it gave us many facilities during our stay, which helped us to enjoy and do our activities in a quiet and safe way. The apartment has everything you need and is very spacious for large groups of people.
