Excellent place, would come back more than once. The only thing that maybe personally I would say can improve is having a more modern TV, but it's personal taste. Communication was good and helpful at all times, recommended

Our four day stay at Katia’s was exactly what we needed. Centrally located in San Isidro and with all the amenities listed. We needed to drop off our luggage a bit early and she was super responsive and allowed us to drop off our stuff prior to check-in - thank you! Great value for the location and space.

We visited for 8 days in early April, to attend a professional conference and experience all the magic of and around Lima. It has been 17 years since we last visited, and we really enjoyed all the new restaurants, shopping, and museums! This property was located exactly where we wanted to be, and a great place to be near Miraflores and Barranco. The 24-hour doormen were all so very pleasant, and made getting into the property at any time a breeze. The apartment is beautiful, with a very comfortable master bedroom (perfect mattress, huge closet). Although we did not use the TV room or the upstairs bedroom (nice to have for families!), the upstairs patio is a true gem; we began every day up there -- stretching and enjoying a leisurely coffee. Just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment, particularly for families or two couples traveling together.

We stayed here for a 4 day stay in Lima and it was wonderful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, malls, and most amenities. The apartment was nice and clean and had 4 decent sized bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Harold was a fantastic host—communication was smooth and responsive throughout. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, neat, and well-prepared. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and it was great to have access to streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video for some relaxing downtime. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very nice and clean. Theres a lot of places to eat around, including two cafes connected to the building. Additionally, theres a salon also connected to the front of the building which was perfect as I needed my hair done desperately. A little tip though, schedule a reservation with receptionist for the pool, washing machine room, gym, or the game room as soon as you get there as they are by reservation only I believe. The pool is amazing, it’s clean and has an amazing view. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the start, everything was impeccable: the cleanliness, the decor, the location… just perfect! The place is even nicer than the pictures and you can see the care in every detail. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly and always willing to help. It really exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home. The place is safe, beautiful, very good location and service service is unparalleled. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment with ocean view in Miraflores. Modern and spacious. Only issue I had was the internet never worked in the main room/living room so I had to work from one of the smaller rooms. Front desk guy was really helpful. Would stay here again.

Place has a Jacuzzi, and a seperate shower. View's are nice.

The apartment is located in a quiet and perfect place. It is very well equipped. There is hot water all the time. It has a swimming pool on the top floor with a Jacuzzi for the whole community, and it has perfect internet. It's all brand new. The bed is very comfortable. The truth is that I felt right at home there and very safe. You can book without any problems. You'll like it very much
