Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.

The property boasts an enviable location steps away from Minitas Beach. The Space Bedrooms 1 & 2 have both Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fans. The 3rd bedroom is open plan with NO door. NO air conditioner just a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The Living Room has NO air conditioner only ceiling fans! NO outlets on the property for Electrical Golf Carts!
