We took our baby for her first trip to Cornwall and this place could not have been more perfect. The views are incredible (even while washing up!), the house is immaculate, very well presented and has pretty much everything you could need! 8 of us were very comfortable in the house with lots of comfy seating areas, very comfortable beds and big dining table. The location is perfect, plenty of coastal walks, multiple beaches to explore, pubs, bakery and driving distance to lots of other Cornwall areas to explore. We will absolutely return!

Nine of us had a wonderful stay in the main house and annexe for my daughters hen do - it was the perfect space to relax near Polzeath. House is incredible and plenty of space for us all. Iain was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our morning greetings from Marmalade.

Lovely house with everything you need for a luxurious break away

This place was simply stunning. The house itself was so spacious and well set up. We lived the addition of the hot tub and table tennis table - all perfect distractions when the weather is not reliable :) Communication with Julian was excellent and any little queries that we had on arrival were sorted almost immediately. Great hosting. We will absolutely be back to stay in this wonderful place. Thank you

My second stay at this wonderful property, and last time I thought they had thought of everything, but when I returned, they had added the Snug! What a lush addition! Us hens and the bride to be had a fabulous time, making full use of the facilities....hot tub, sauna, billiards, darts, log burner, crazy golf, She Shed, beautiful kitchen. Everything was perfect and when we had an issue with the fire stop on the kitchen door someone was there within about 30 mins to replace the battery, all good. So responsive and will defo be returning for a third time!

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

We were very impressed with the property as it was exactly what we wanted for five days away with all our family. The kitchen, storage and lounge layout were ideal for our needs. The bedrooms were compact and the shower facilities first class. I would recommend the property to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay near many of Cornwall's attractions

We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

This was a great house as a base for exploring the nearby beaches. The house is huge and so easily had space to fit 7 adults and 3 kids. It was clean and tidy and had some nice touches such as toys for children to play with. The garden is huge and the house is in a peaceful spot but still well within driving distance of shops and beaches. Having the cows, dogs and chickens to look at also added to the kids experience. Alison was helpful and informative and gave clear instructions.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. Absolutely perfect 🥰 We have just returned home from a fabulous week at this wonderful house. It truly is home from home and fully equipped with everything you need. The views are absolutely stunning. Mark, the owner, was super helpful and we knew that he was available anytime if we needed anything (we didn't) We took my elderly parents, and our daughter. My dad has dementia and it was so lovely and peaceful and calming for him and it gave my mum some much needed relaxation time and I am so so grateful for that. Our daughter loves photography and she took beautiful photos of the amazing sunsets. All in all it was a perfect holiday in a fabulous house and a stunning location. We will definitely be returning there and I cannot recommend it highly enough

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Plenty to do and lots of walks straight from the property. Close to shops and amenities. Spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Great find! Would come again!

Excellent house to stay with plenty of room for a large families. Very spacious living and dining area with good size kitchen all open plan, my parking was right outside the propety and there is also a picnic table to the rear of the property if you wish to sit out. It was all very clean and well maintained and the site it's self is very good accommodating for families with a great pub which does fantastic evening meals only open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 Jane's house is well worth a visit and is only a 10 minute drive from Newquay. We enjoyed our week and I've notified Jane that we will be definitely booking again. ENJOY

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

The Lodge was way above expectations despite the great reviews it already had. We were 6 adults & 2 young children- the bedrooms were perfect, roomy with ensuites- a real treat. The upstairs lounge was a kids dream with the Wendy house & sooo many toys. The Christmas tree was a fabulous bonus & made our celebrations perfect. The hot tub was brilliant & well used by us all- it was great knowing how clean & well maintained it was. The Lodge itself we could not fault. The resort itself is somewhat tired & in need of a bit of tlc. Understandably mid winter not all activities were available & we expected this but did feel that the pool facilities which we used needed maintenance. We did not expect the bar staff to be too inebriated to serve us the one evening we decided to pop up to the bar!! Other than that top marks - a long awaited family holiday that we will remember with joy. The only let down was the non-return of a left behind item that should have been easily located.

Matt and Chloe were really great hosts. Really warm welcome, there was a hamper waiting for us with some essentials and treats, after a long drive that was very appreciated. Communication was great, always quick to respond. Had some minor issues, as all trips do, but Matt was on hand to try and resolve them right away. Just a note for people booking that the washer/dryer are communal and outside the cottage. Great location to travel around Cornwall

We all had a really lovely stay at Margaret’s, everything you needed for the whole family. It was a beautiful house with enough to do for the whole week. The additional extras ensure all the family are happy with the pool table, pingpong table, board games, etc. would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for having us ☺️

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend
